Estelle Sackey-Obe is the Founding Executive Director of the Working Motherhood Initiative, leading organisational strategy, delivery and growth.

A strategic communications and partnerships leader, Estelle brings experience in programme design, network building and systems-level change. Her leadership is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience as a working mother navigating systems that undervalue care.

As Executive Director, Estelle is responsible for translating WMI’s mission into action —strengthening partnerships, advancing advocacy priorities and ensuring sustainable delivery across programmes and platforms.
